Det står att denna lampa är dimbar. Jag har ingen dimmer kopplad där den ska sitta. Är själva lampan dimbar utan dimmer, eller? De två tidigare spottarna jag köpt har varit både starka och kalla.

I bought this light fitting for a small room with a single bed. Next to the bed I have a double dimmer switch - one for the two ceiling-mounted spot lights and the other for the reading lamp for over the bed. This light uses Philips' easy-fit system, so it's easy to mount the light. The dimming function is very nice - the lamp is a warm white even at full intensity, but as it dims it gets an even warmer tone. It's perfect for my installation as the room is quite small and not everyone would be comfortable reading with the light at full intensity. I have found that if I turn the dimmer up to full power, the lamp goes into a mode where it dims and flickers until the dimmer is turned back a little bit. Don't know if this is a feature or an issue with how I wired the lamp, but it doesn't affect the usage or my impression of the lamp. I'm very happy with my purchase.
