This is a good quality light well made and easy to install. The main problem is that you don't get the screws and wall plugs to put the lights up with and as you don't get any bulbs with it either it makes it far more expensive than it should be for basically two hollow tubes on a backplate. It's obviously just another way for companies to save money by not supplying a complete product.
