Is everything included to fit this light, or do we need an have a ceiling hook to attach this. If so what is this product
Are the cool hanging light, 3 bulb linear chrome adjustable in length size? It states it’s 70 cm in length which is too long for my ceiling.

Yes, the height of this light can be reduced. An electrician can help with this upon installation. Please note, cutting any cables would nullify the guaranty, so we recommend avoiding that.
Please confirm which lightbulbs fit this light. I bought E27 but they hang below the bottom of the light fitting

The E27 bulbs suitable for use with this light cannot have a length more than 11cm.

Light does look amazing I actually love them, delivery was efficient. The only thing I am disappointed with is the fact that the corner where the fixture fixes to the ceiling was dented. Waiting on customer services to come back to me. Product otherwise is good you do need to adjust the length if you have a short ceiling
